Diversity and Discrimination

In the previous chapter, we read about diversity and got to know India is a diverse country. In this chapter, we are going to discuss the challenges faced by a diverse society. We will understand the concept of stereotypes and prejudice. We will see, how a particular section of society is discriminated against on the basis of caste, creed, religion, etc.

It is very important that we should respect the faith and beliefs of others in order to spread harmony and brotherhood in society.
